Description
Munich lager base style that features more colour than your average lager, thanks to the subtle use of Vienna and crystal malts. These give a light bready and biscuit note for extra complexity without overwhelming the palate. For the all American hop lineup, we used Centennial for its clean bitterness and Mosaic in the whirlpool to provide its iconic tropical character. It’s been slow fermented with a true lager yeast to keep it clean before dry hopping with Idaho 7 and experimental hop Bru-1 to round it out with fruit bowl and pineapple notes. It’s then undergone a long cold maturation in tank for maximum crispiness.Alcohol Volume: 4.5%
