Whether you’re looking for an exquisite match to magnificent seafood and salads, dreaming of endless lazy summer sipping or seeking a perfect aperitif accompaniment to BBQ’d antipasto, our Rosé will go down a treat. Made predominantly using Pinot Noir and sourced from multiple cool sites across the greater Adelaide region to capture a spectrum of fruit flavours. Following ideal cool, dry ripening conditions the fruit was picked during the coldest part of the late summer evenings. Fruit was destemmed and spent two to four hours on skins to extract flavour and the briefest hint of colour.
