Bombay Sapphire Lemon & Thyme Twist

Ingredients:

  • 45mL Bombay Sapphire
  • 90mL Premium Tonic Water
  • Lemon wedge squeezed
  • Lemon peel & thyme sprig for garnish

Methodology:

  1. Fill balloon glass to rim with ice.
  2. Add Bombay Sapphire.
  3. Add lemon juice and small thyme sprig and stir.
  4. Pour chilled tonic water down side of glass.
  5. Garnish with lemon zest and thyme sprig
  6. Enjoy!
