Ingredients: 45mL Gordon's Pink Gin 45mL Prosecco 90mL Lemonade Lemon wedges and sliced strawberries Methodology: Pour Gordon’s Pink Gin in a wine glass with plenty of ice. Squeeze two lemon wedges. Ingredients: 30mL Cointreau 50mL Tequila 20mL fresh lime juice Ice Lime wheel and salt to garnish Methodology: Combine the Cointreau, Tequila and fresh lime. Pour into a salt rimmed glass and garnish with lime. Enjoy!

Ingredients: 60mL Midori 15mL Triple Sec 15mL Vodka 30mL fresh lemon juice 45mL pineapple juice Pineapple wedge to garnish Methodology: Pour the Midori, Vodka, Triple Sec and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker.
