The Bottle-O Racing Team wants its run of misfortune to end this weekend at the Phillip Island 300 and believes driver David Reynolds' past form at the track will be the key to its turnaround.

Reynolds has won at the track multiple times in the Porsche Carrera Cup series and last year enjoyed his first top 10 qualifying and race result at the circuit in a V8 Supercar.

Despite his practice form throughout his first season with the factory Ford team he has been unable to capitalise on his speed due to a mix of bad luck and small errors when in strong positions.

The #55 The Bottle-O FPR Falcon driver will be joined on Friday by endurance race co-driver Dean Canto who take part in 'Practice 0' - a 30-minute session dedicated to co-driver track time.

Reynolds believes Canto's vast experience with both the car and team will give him the extra edge to finally get the big points finish his form suggests is achievable.
